SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Information

We ship most J Wedge orders within three business days. If there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you by email so you can plan accordingly.

US Domestic and International Shipping

Shipping for J Wedge is offered through USPS. Please allow 4 to 8 Business days for shipping. We can ship anywhere USPS ships. For quicker delivery, please choose expedited shipping options, available for an additional charge. Please note, that the shipping times are only estimates and there may be delays out of our control caused by the third party shipping company.

Tracking Numbers

We provide shipment tracking numbers or delivery confirmation numbers for all orders. These will be sent to you via the e-mail you provided when you placed your order, once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item fails to arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at jhelp@jwedge.com immediately. We will make arrangements with the shipping carrier to investigate damaged and lost shipments. The shipping carrier will pick up the item and packaging materials if needed, so please be sure to keep the items with the original packaging materials. With your cooperation, damaged shipments and insurance claims will be processed as quickly as possible but timing also will be depend on the carrier's or the insurer's speed in processing the claims.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy on or before 30 days of the purchase of your J Wedge please contact us at jhelp@jwedge.com to arrange for a refund or an exchange of the item(s). There is a 20% restocking charge on all items returned.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us at jhelp@jwedge.com. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to us. All original packaging must be returned with your item in order for us to process your return.
