The J Wedge has been making a splash online lately and we wanted to share some of our favorite posts:We're glad to know that Ellen at Confessions of an Overworked Mom has experienced less plantar fasciitis pain since she started using her J Wedge. Click over to the AHA National Walking Day website to complete the registration form and download the free National Walking Day Toolkit, which includes lots of fun materials and tips to promote National Walking Day in your community or workplace and make your special event a success. You can register as a business (HR Reps/Worksite Wellness Coordinators) as well as Community Organizations and Individually.

The Boston Marathon is always an exciting occasion for us. Even though we're half the country away in Kansas, the J Wedge was invented by a runner and a physical therapist for athletes, so big national races are almost like holidays to us. We anxiously watched the opening and cheered on runners old and young, watching their stories unfold in the media. Like the rest of the nation, we were shocked and appalled at yesterday's tragic events. And then impressed to watch the finishers come back to help the injured, again and again.
